"I loved wearing my Sabina Motasem dress, and everyone else loved it too. After a rather half-hearted and unfocused search for “the perfect dress”, I found my way to Sabina Motasem quite by accident, following through an internet search for “ethical weddings” via a tip off from Lucy Siegle in The Observer.

I was immediately attracted to Sabina Ali's beautiful dress designs and made an appointment to view them in person. I hadn't even planned to wear a long white dress and seem to recall that I only tried some on at Sabina Motasem as a joke with my friend. But although the shorter cocktail style dresses that I had set out to try on were all beautiful, the one I chose was the beautiful long white Alaya dress, in silk crepe, cut on the bias, with a cowl draped neckline front and back.

My husband commented last month that Pippa Middleton's dress reminded him of mine, though he of course preferred mine! ... and everyone else loved it too.Sabina Motasem was clearly ahead of the game!

It was a pleasure to do business with Sabina, from our very first contact right through the viewing the viewing/choosing/altering process to my walking away with the finished product. She seemed to sense what would work for me as an individual and was able to use her great flair and style to help me not only choose the perfect dress from her range but also find the other bits of my outfit that would all combine to make me look my very best on my wedding day."

Sarah wore a bias cut, cowl neck wedding dress called Alaya.
