"When I started looking for a wedding dress, I had it in my mind that I wouldn't buy a wedding dress from a boutique. I'd buy a classic number that was a dress in its own right and I could wear it again. Hitting the shops I started to realise that this wasn't as simple as I thought and non-bridal wear was all in drab colours and not what I was looking for. So then I went back to look at bridal wear. I thought what I wanted was so classic that surely it'd be easy to find - how hard can it be to find a simple, elegant dress - very!
I had nearly settled on a dress that was by another designer, but it felt a bit like I was settling. So on one last trawl of the internet I found Motasem and saw a dress that looked just right - I called Sabina straight away and she was really friendly and I had an appointment before I knew it and immediately a good feel about it all. I think from the moment I saw Sabina's range on the rail I could see she was making the sort of dresses I wanted and I would find what I was looking for and I did.

From first appointment to the delivery of my dress, it's been a great experience and I've felt every confidence in Sabina that she'd get it right. And the dress feels great on! Plus, I really do like the idea that the dress was designed and made locally, not just because it meant turn around time was so quick.
