2. A fashion illustration will be provided for the clients agreement, a price will be quoted and measurements taken

3. Subsequent alternations to design, material or trim may add to the quoted price

4. An initial payment of 40% is due on the placing of the order at the first bridal fitting. This deposit is NOT refundable. All initial consultations and first bridal fittings are free. However,  if the client wishes to proceed past the first bridal fitting, a deposit will be due for payment

5. A calico/muslin toile will be made of all or part of the dress, to check fit and suitability of style. The order may be cancelled at this stage without financial penalty. However in  accordance with condition 4, the initial payment for the deposit will not be refunded.

6. If the dress is not cancelled at this stage, the agreed quoted price of the dress falls due for payment in full. Arrangements can be made with Motasem for this amount to be paid in 3  equal parts. This does not remove the responsibility of the client to pay Motasem the total agreed price

7. All goods remain the property of Motasem until full payment has been made. Goods not collected within 3 months after the wedding / completion date will be disposed of

8. Balance falls due for payment on delivery of dress

9. The price quoted will consist of cost of dress plus material costs

10. All travel expenses for home visits will be included in the quoted price
