Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions closely before using our website (‘site’). By accessing, browsing and using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions.
Product and Service Details
We reserve the right to change any services, product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. All prices and descriptions supersede all previous publications. All sizes are approximate. We cannot guarantee that colours and details in images are accurate representations of the product. Delivery dates and stock due in dates do not form part of any contract with us and we cannot be held liable for any losses whether direct or indirect if your order is delayed or not delivered by any dates that may have been given by us.
Ordering
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an email confirmation to you that we have despatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the despatch confirmation email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a despatch confirmation email to have been despatched do not form part of that contract. The company shall under no circumstances be held liable for any losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or for loss of profits, damage or property or wasted expenditure.
Payment
Your debit or credit card is charged for the whole amount of the order when the order is created. The card may be immediately refunded for the value of any items cancelled on the order at any time up until when we despatch the items to you. If the entire order is cancelled and no items are despatched then any charge for handling and/or delivery will also be refunded.
Returns
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not, please follow the following instructions for returning items.
Remember; we have most products on display in our showroom, so if you are unsure about suitability, please visit before purchasing or you can call us for further information.
Ensure you check all garment dimensions before ordering.
Please open and check your order within 3 days of receiving it and inform us of any transit damage problems immediately. All items and parts of items must be checked for any damage prior to assembly.
Unwanted Goods
If you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us within 7 days in writing by letter, fax or email.

Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging within 7 days of receipt. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Motasem and may only be refunded as a store credit. Items must not have been used in any way. Items can be returned to the London showroom in person by appointment and in most cases will be refunded immediately. Motasem retains the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resaleable.
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service. We do not refund the return postage cost or the original delivery charge. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. If returning your purchase by mail we recommend that you get proof of postage.
You must include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process a refund without these. Once received the items will be checked and a refund issued within four weeks. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition, including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item if the above conditions have not been met.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
If your purchase is not fit for purpose, is misdescribed, faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund or replacement. We will require you to return the item, as it may be necessary to return it to the manufacturer. You must check all items and parts of items for damage prior to assembly.
Include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process the returned goods without these. Once received the items will be checked and a replacement or refund issued within four weeks.
THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Personal Data
The personal information that dwell collects from you is used to operate our business and improve our service to customers.
We use your data to fulfil your orders and to provide you with information about our products and services.
Names and Addresses
We occasionally make names and addresses (but never email addresses or telephone numbers) available to other companies we think may interest you, unless you have told us not to. If you do not wish to receive such offers please email us at mail@motasem.co.uk with your account number, which can be found above your address on your latest catalogue and we will ensure that this does not happen.
Email addresses
By supplying us with your email address you are allowing us to keep in touch when you place an order (order confirmation), when we have despatched your order to you or to deal with any possible queries you may have with your order.
We will also use it to alert you to special promotions such as web only sales and customer evenings and keep you up to date with new promotions or services.
If you do not wish to receive these marketing emails please email your customer number to mail@motasem.co.uk or call 0845 675 9090 and we will make sure we don’t email you about these things.
You can also unsubscribe from receiving the email by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of any email we have sent you. We will of course still send you emails relating directly to any order you have placed.
Mobile numbers and landlines
We require a telephone number when an order is placed. This is to allow us to contact you when delivering an order or dealing with any queries you may have. If you supply us with a mobile number we can also alert you by text when your goods are ready to be despatched and let you arrange delivery by text plus we can send you details of special offers we may be running.
You can opt out of receiving marketing texts by calling our orderline on 0845 675 9090 and still receive texts about delivery when placing an order.
